UN-PAINTED PAINTING
Have you ever watched the clouds in the sky? As you watched, did images seem to appear, like flowers, hearts, animals, shapes...? The same thing can happen when you look at a wash of watercolor on paper.

Unpainted Painting lets you bring out the hidden images that you see when you look at a beautiful watercolored background.

Six week series - January 6th - February 10th
Thursdays: 10:30 - 12 noon

GENTLE YOGA
A focused series of gentle poses designed to relax your mind and strengthen your body. Movement, breath and meditation working together to give energy and balance.
In this small group class, you can slow down, connect with others, and nurture your physical well being.
