We focus on core strength and overall toning using weights (0-5 lbs.) appropriate for each individual. We alternate with other activities such as seated yoga for stretching and calming, and line dancing for coordination, balance and fun!

We are a group of supportive, variously-abled folks who enjoy getting together and sweating together (but just a little)!
