We follow a variety of expert instructor classes on Youtube or DVD for aerobic workouts to improve heart health, maintain agility, and build strength.
(Incorporating Stretching, Tai Chi, Core Workout, Marching, Dancing, Lunges and More!) Strength band workout each session.*

*Donna will share the type of bands you’ll need to buy to fit your strength level and bring to class.
This is an energetic group of able movers who laugh and sweat together for health!
Tuesday & Thursday
Tuesdays:

Yoga-Balance/Line Dance
&
Thursdays: Qi Gong
10 AM- 11 AM
Weight bearing exercise every session both days.

We follow Jody Stolove's exercise DVD for core strength and overall toning using weights (0-5 lbs) appropriate for each individual. We alternate other activities such as seated Yoga for stretching, Qi Gong for balance and breathing, and Line Dance for coordination and fun!
